Feasibility studies

Portfolio analyses

Automatic creation of energy-oriented portfolio reports and recommendations for refurbishment. Potential use in the context of the economic, geographic and demographic setting can also be considered.

The path for CO2 reduction for the entire portfolio is presented transparently and can be explored virtually at the preliminary stage.

Object analyses

Creation of 3D object views and concrete refurbishment measures, including overall costings.

Studies for new and existing buildings

The technology practical in the longer term is mapped out and the associated costs are calculated including the medium-term and long-term earnings that can be expected.

Already at this stage, performance and heating requirement presented contain a high level of detail down to the level of components.

Preliminary project, construction project and data capture

Data exchange with the CAD system  

Data can be captured in either the CAD or in KELPY, and are available to the full extent in both systems.

Equipment and components are defined based on their intended use. Technical elements that are not defined or drawn are taken from previous comparable projects.

Project costs

These are shown “live” at the submission stage. If any modification of equipment occurs, the system will be adapted to reflect the changes. Various different sources can be used as the basis of costs (data from previous experiences etc.).

Specifications/one-click submission

The specifications can be generated fully automated from the model and from the schematic layout. Further direct use of the specifications can also performed at the KELPY stage.

The submission can be verified visually. KELPY automatically displays whether the project lies within the benchmark values, or displays those areas where it is at variance in any way.

Various different cost sources can be used. In addition, the user can create their own cost sources (for instance the contractor prices for the last two years in the Zurich area). Costs can be structured in different common project finance plannings.
